Survey – Social Activities Provision for Young People with SEND in Gateshead

In Gateshead, we want to make sure that children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) get the best services we can possibly provide. Gateshead Council would like to know your opinions about the opportunities for young people with SEND to access social activities in the borough.

To help us with this we have created two short surveys – one survey is for parent carers, the other is for children and young people with SEND.
